Job Overview
We are seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Coordinator to support sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain coordination activities for interior design projects. This role involves close coordination with suppliers, internal design teams, and site teams to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Source and purchase materials locally and from overseas suppliers (including China) based on project requirements
- Communicate with suppliers on pricing, specifications, delivery schedules, credit terms, and bill of quantity
- Compare quotations from suppliers, vendors, or contractors to optimize cost and project margins
- Screen supplier quotations and specifications to ensure quality meets required standards
- Coordinate with internal interior designers for sourcing and with site managers for delivery arrangements
- Ensure smooth supply chain operations without disruption to ongoing projects
- Monitor deliveries and follow up on outstanding items
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to support project execution
Job Requirements
- Female candidates preferred
- Age range: 21 – 30 years old
- Minimum education: SPM (Diploma or Degree holders are encouraged to apply)
- Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with China suppliers
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing is preferred
- Own transportation is required
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to multitask and work under company SOPs
- Responsible, ethical, and detail-oriented
- Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and emotional management skills
Working Hours
