Job Description

Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: From 8:30am to 5pm
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday only

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • Proficient in AutoCount Accounting System
  • Experience in full-set accounting
  • Knowledge of SST regulations and submissions
  • Experience in construction-related accounting will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous, diligent, responsible and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply)

Job Scopes:

  • Handle full set of accounts independently
  • Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR & GL
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliation & management accounts
  • Manage and ensure compliance with Malaysia e-Invoicing requirements
  • Handle Service Tax / Sales & Service Tax (SST) submission and compliance
  • Maintain proper accounting records in accordance with statutory requirements
  • Familiar with construction industry accounting (projects, progress claims, costing, retention sum, etc.)
  • Operate and maintain accounts using AutoCount Accounting System
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and relevant authorities

  • Salary Range: RM 2,500 to RM 3,500
