Job Description
Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 8:30am to 5pm
- Work Days: Monday to Friday only
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Proficient in AutoCount Accounting System
- Experience in full-set accounting
- Knowledge of SST regulations and submissions
- Experience in construction-related accounting will be an added advantage
- Meticulous, diligent, responsible and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply)
Job Scopes:
- Handle full set of accounts independently
- Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR & GL
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliation & management accounts
- Manage and ensure compliance with Malaysia e-Invoicing requirements
- Handle Service Tax / Sales & Service Tax (SST) submission and compliance
- Maintain proper accounting records in accordance with statutory requirements
- Familiar with construction industry accounting (projects, progress claims, costing, retention sum, etc.)
- Operate and maintain accounts using AutoCount Accounting System
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and relevant authorities

- Salary Range: RM 2,500 to RM 3,500
