Job Summary
We are looking on behalf of our client for a Quality Assurance Specialist to manage and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS). This role requires strong ISO 9001 knowledge, hands-on audit experience, and the ability to communicate confidently with both local teams and international customers.
Key Responsibilities
Establish, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Prepare and maintain quality system documents (Quality Manual, SOPs, procedures)
Plan, conduct, and report internal audits
Coordinate and professionally host customer and external audits
Handle audits from foreign customers (Europe, USA, Japan, Korea)
Prepare corrective and preventive action plans and follow up on improvements
Perform root cause analysis using tools such as 8D and 5 Why
Develop process flow charts and support process improvement activities
Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure quality compliance
Mandatory Requirements:
Education
Work Experience
Mandatory: 2–3 years of QMS experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred: Experience in die-casting, machining, or metalworking
Strong Advantage: Experience handling audits from European / American / Japanese / Korean customers
Language Proficiency
English: Able to conduct audit meetings and write professional reports
Malay: Fluent communication with local teams and authorities
Mandarin: Able to understand work instructions and conduct basic communication

Able to independently manage and maintain QMS
Experienced in audit planning, execution, and reporting
Familiar with customer audit expectations and focus areas
Confident in leading audit meetings and follow-up actions
