Job Description
We are looking for an Analyst, Fleet Recruiter to support Lazada Logistics fleet recruitment activities. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, engagement, onboarding coordination, and recruitment performance tracking to ensure sufficient courier and flexible workforce coverage across hubs, especially during campaign periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source and screen candidates from job portals and social media platforms
- Export and maintain candidate data in centralized recruitment databases
Candidate Engagement & Registration
- Engage candidates through messages and calls
- Guide candidates on application forms, document submission, and registration
- Verify candidate information and follow up on incomplete registrations
Initial Screening & Coordination
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Align candidate suitability based on hub requirements (location, schedule, workload)
- Provide feedback and recommendations to Hub PIC and management
Onboarding Support
- Collect required onboarding documents (ID, bank details, etc.)
- Coordinate with hubs on new courier onboarding
- Ensure candidates report to hub and support onboarding process
Recruitment Tracking & Reporting
- Track recruitment progress and hiring performance
- Analyse recruitment trends and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare simple dashboards, reports, and presentations for management
Stakeholder & Subcontractor Coordination
- Liaise with hubs and subcontractors via DingTalk and shared platforms
- Update hiring status for hubs, subcontractors, and flexible workforce
- Support recruitment planning before and during sales campaigns
Reporting Line:
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Familiar with recruitment sourcing methods and job portals
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Comfortable dealing with candidates and multiple stakeholders
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for basic analysis and reporting
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday
Basic Pay: RM2300
Phone Allowance: RM100
