Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Data Analyst & Reporting to support performance management, data analysis, and reporting activities within Lazada Logistics. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to analyse business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

The position is part of the Performance Management & Improvement (PMI) function and also supports S&OP and campaign performance monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business pain points and opportunities through data analysis
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify operational issues and improvement areas
  • Provide insights on business efficiency and service level performance
  • Perform data queries and develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards for performance monitoring
  • Develop and apply data management best practices to support business workstreams
  • Monitor business performance and prepare regular management reports based on agreed timelines
  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive performance improvement initiatives

Reporting Line

  • Reports to the Head of Performance Management & Improvement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in performance management, planning, or data analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
  • Experience working with SQL databases and building performance dashboards
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to analyse data to identify root causes of performance issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset

Employment Type

  • Full Time - Contract (6 months to 1 year)

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Saturday

Basic Pay: RM2300

Phone Allowance: RM100
