Job Description
Working Days & Hours:
- Monday to Friday (From 8:00 am to 5:15 pm)
- Saturday (From 8:00am to 12:45 pm)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 3–5 years experience in automotive sales leadership (EV/premium preferred)
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Knowledge of EV products and market trends is an advantage
- Disciplined, energetic, and results-oriented
- Able to work weekends/public holidays when required
Job Scopes:
- Lead and motivate e.MAS Sales Specialists to achieve monthly EV sales targets
- Oversee daily sales activities: leads, follow-ups, test drives, and showroom readiness
- Plan and execute sales campaigns and customer engagement programmes
- Coach and develop the sales team for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with Proton e.MAS sales processes and reporting requirements
- Build strong customer and corporate relationships
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
