Job Description

Working Days & Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (From 8:00 am to 5:15 pm)
  • Saturday (From 8:00am to 12:45 pm)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • 3–5 years experience in automotive sales leadership (EV/premium preferred)
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of EV products and market trends is an advantage
  • Disciplined, energetic, and results-oriented
  • Able to work weekends/public holidays when required

Job Scopes:

  • Lead and motivate e.MAS Sales Specialists to achieve monthly EV sales targets
  • Oversee daily sales activities: leads, follow-ups, test drives, and showroom readiness
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns and customer engagement programmes
  • Coach and develop the sales team for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with Proton e.MAS sales processes and reporting requirements
  • Build strong customer and corporate relationships
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
