Communication and collaboration skills to support personnel, management and clients.
Organizational skills to maintain order and ensure executives attend appointments and meet deadlines.
Writing skills to ensure emails, letters, documents and social media posts uphold the brand identity.
Familiarity with data entry software, such as Excel, Sheets or Any ERP systems.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
Calendar and schedule management skills.
Simple Daily Data Entry and Provide Monthly reports.
Knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
Familiarity with customer service principles.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Jobs Requirement
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Proficient in any accounting software and Microsoft Office.
At least 1 year experience in Account Assistant / Clerk / Admin will be an added advantage.
Knowledge in SST & E-Invoice will be an added advantage.
Good command in Bahasa Malaysia & English (spoken & written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of solar energy solutions and industry trends (training provided).
Basic knowledge of ERP System (training provided).
Good knowledge of the documents filing system.
Education
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting or related field.
