Machinist (Bandar Sri Sendayan)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Associates Diploma Or Certifications From Technical Collage
• Experience As A Machinist 2–3 Years
• Able To Operate Milling Machine
• Able To Read The Technical Drawing
• Team Player With Strong Attention To Detail
• Able To Work At Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan

Job Scopes:

• To be able to understand the Fanuc controller
• To operate CNC milling and related equipment where programs, fixtures and method have been developed.
• Must have the knowledge to utilize the tool holders, cutting inserts and other machine function on his / or her daily job.
• Able to interpret and understand technical drawings.
• Must be able to understand and follow Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance standard (GD&T)
• Able to set up and control multiple CNC machine in a fast pace environment.
• Able to work on rotating shift and multitask.
• Must be able to comply to the measuring methods and equipment used for in process measurements.
• Able to work as a team.
• Meeting qualities standards and maintaining the tight tolerances.
• Must be able to take instruction from his / or her superior.
• To follow and maintain process time to achieve given targets
• Must be able to upkeep clean work area and organize and proper care of company’s property.
• Follow all company rules and polices.
• To perform machine autonomous machine maintenance daily.
• Responsible for in process check to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
