Requirements

  • Fresh graduate and SPM leaver are encourage to apply.
  • Ability to work multitask and work independently and with supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergencies.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and time management.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibility

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair various types of equipment.
  • Troubleshooting issues and diagnosing mechanical and technical problems.
  • Maintain records of service and repairs.
  • Schedule and perform regular maintenance and servicing.
  • Providing excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and queries.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Documenting all services and repairs performed.
  • Order and replace parts and equipment as necessary.
  • Assist with installation of new equipment.
  • Providing continuous support to the staff and various departments.
  • Assist on any ad-hoc task as assigned by management.
