Requirements:
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Comfortable using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira).
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Strong English Proficiency
- A relevant degree or certification for a support role.
- Experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or helpdesk software.
- Basic understanding of software, networks, or common IT tools (optional, based on industry).
Salary & Remuneration Package:
- Salary Range: RM 2000 to RM 3500
