Job Description

Requirements:

  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Comfortable using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira).
  • Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Strong English Proficiency
  • A relevant degree or certification for a support role.
  • Experience in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or helpdesk software.
  • Basic understanding of software, networks, or common IT tools (optional, based on industry).

Salary & Remuneration Package:

  • Salary Range: RM 2000 to RM 3500
  • EPF, SOCSO & EIS
