Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate order picking list and Invoice.
  • Answer for any order related enquiry or delivery requests.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction level and receive products and services related complaints.
  • Coordinate return goods procedure with Accounts and Warehouse.
  • Assist in logistic planning for daily delivery for local and outstation. Coordinate with Operations (Customer Service) on delivery schedule.
  • Coordinate return goods procedure with Accounts and Warehouse.
  • Coordinate in schedule stock take.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of HACCP and food safety requirements including the verification of all HACCP and food safety documents.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Possess Diploma and above in Business Study or equivalent.
  • 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Well computer skills in MS Office applications.
  • Hard working.
  • Multi-tasking.

Working Location: 2, Jalan U1/24 Hicom- Glenmarie Industrial Park, 40150 Shah Alam.
