Job Description

Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: From 8 am to 5pm
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday only

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Procurement or related field.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, and vendor management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Scopes:

  • Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers.
  • Obtain and compare quotations from different vendors to ensure best value.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
    Any other duties assigned by the Procurement Manager/Supervisor.
