Working Days & Hours :
- Working Hours: From 8:00 am to 5.30pm
- Work Days: Monday to Friday
Job Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Management/Engineering
- Minimum 5 years in branch/retail operations with supervisory experience, strong leadership and people skills, problem-solving.
Job Scopes :
- Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow and maintain branch performance.
- Supervise, train and motivate staff, manage schedules, performance and discipline.
- Handle escalations, ensure high customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare reports, manage inventory, cash handling and ensure compliances with SOP.
- Liaise with Head Office, provide updates, resolve operational issues.
