Head - Valuation (Kota Kinabalu Sabah)

The Jobs:

• To provide leadership and ensure the efficient and effective management of functions, staff and resources within the Valuation Department.

The Requirements: -

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Valuation or related field;
• Registered Valuer with the BOVAEP;
• Minimum 5 years' working experience in the valuation field and in supervisory positions;
• Strong knowledge of the Malaysian property markets and valuation methodologies; and
• Confident in supervising, guiding and leading a team of technical assistants.
