The Jobs:-
- To assist in vetting technical documents, property inspections, drafting valuation reports and evaluating the progress of work done on property in constuction.
The Requirements: -
- Diploma/Degree in Valuation/Estate Management/Building Construction/QS;
- Has at least 2 years of relevant working experiences;
- Ability to work independantly with minimum supervision;
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (words, excel & etc);
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; and
- Possesses a valid driving licence and has own transport.
