Job Description

Working Days & Hours:

Working Hours: From 10:30 am to 09:30 pm with  2-hour break in between

Work Days: 6 days per week with 1 Rest day

Requirements:

  • At least a high school (SPM/STPM) diploma or equivalent
  • Hospitality degree or training (added advantage)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment (added advantage)
  • Warm personality and a commitment to quality service.
  • Healthy and fit physical ability
  • Good attitude and willing to work as a team

Job Details:

  • Greet customers and welcome them to the restaurant.
  • Take orders accurately and promptly.
  • Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Make recommendations to customers about menu items and specials.
  • Answer customer questions about the menu, the restaurant, and the surrounding area.
  • Upsell and cross-sell menu items to customers.
  • Collect payments from customers and make change.
  • Clear tables and reset them for new customers.
  • Clean and maintain the restaurant’s dining area and bar area.
  • Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed, such as setting up events or catering orders.

Benefits & Remunerations:

Gross Salary: ranging from RM 1,700.00 to RM 3,200, depending on experience and capabilities

Overtime and Public Holidays rate adhere to the  S’wak Employment Act
