Working Days & Hours:
Working Hours: From 10:30 am to 09:30 pm with a 2-hour break in between
Work Days: 6 days per week with 1 Rest day
Requirements:
- At least a high school (SPM/STPM) diploma or equivalent
- Culinary degree, culinary training or equivalent (added advantage)
- Experience is not required; training will be provided on the job
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment (added advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Healthy and fit physical ability
- Good attitude and willing to work as a team
Job Details:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking.
- Cook food using a variety of methods, including grilling, baking, frying, and boiling.
- Plate food and garnish as needed.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Order and receive food supplies.
- Dispose of food waste properly.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Benefits & Remuneration:
- Gross Salary: ranging from RM 1,700.00 to RM 3,200, depending on experience and capabilities
- Overtime and Public Holidays rate adhere to the S’wak Employment Act
