Job Description

Working Days & Hours:

Working Hours: From 10:30 am to 09:30 pm with a 2-hour break in between

Work Days: 6 days per week with 1 Rest day

Requirements:

  • At least a high school (SPM/STPM) diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary degree, culinary training or equivalent (added advantage)
  • Experience is not required; training will be provided on the job
  • At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment (added advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Healthy and fit physical ability
  • Good attitude and willing to work as a team

Job Details:

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking.
  • Cook food using a variety of methods, including grilling, baking, frying, and boiling.
  • Plate food and garnish as needed.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Order and receive food supplies.
  • Dispose of food waste properly.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Benefits & Remuneration:

  • Gross Salary: ranging from RM 1,700.00 to RM 3,200, depending on experience and capabilities
  • Overtime and Public Holidays rate adhere to the  S’wak Employment Act
