Project Manager (Miri Sarawak)

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 8.00am to 5.00pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Halfday)(as & when required)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction or project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in construction software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with Malaysian construction regulations and safety protocols
• Certification from CIDB (e.g., Certified Construction Manager - CCM) is a plus

Job Scopes:

• Oversee end-to-end project management —from planning to handover
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control across multiple sites
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor site safety and compliance with regulatory standards
• Resolve on-site issues and adapt plans to meet evolving project needs
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
