Job Description

Job Functions 

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Assist in preparing letters, reports, forms, and other documents
  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks (if required)
  • Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and functioning smoothly
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
  • To assist in managing a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients.
  • Lodgement of returns and documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and other regulatory bodies
  • Maintaining and updating statutory registers
  • Assist with day-to-day filing and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate
  • Familiar with Companies Act 2016would be added advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn, good attitude with commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
