Job Functions
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist in preparing letters, reports, forms, and other documents
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks (if required)
- Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and functioning smoothly
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
- To assist in managing a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients.
- Lodgement of returns and documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and other regulatory bodies
- Maintaining and updating statutory registers
- Assist with day-to-day filing and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate
- Familiar with Companies Act 2016would be added advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, good attitude with commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
