Packer (Kuching)

Contract Duration: December 2025 to – Mid February 2026

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 10am to 10pm
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in packing or related fields will be an added advantage.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy packages.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packing and quality control.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Time Management: Efficient time management skills to meet production deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills.

Job Scopes:

• Packing Operations:
  • Pack products according to established standards and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate counting and verification of items before packaging.
  • Inspect products for any defects or damage before packing.
• Quality Control:
  • Maintain high standards of quality control to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and report any issues with product quality or packaging materials.
• Efficiency and Productivity:
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline packing processes.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Documentation:
  • Complete packing logs, production records, and other required documentation accurately.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

• Salary Range: RM90 to RM120 / day (10 am – 10 pm)
