The Face-to-Face Outdoor Sales Associate is responsible for engaging directly with customers in outdoor settings to promote and sell products, services, or event experiences. This role requires a confident communicator who thrives on in-person interaction, enjoys working in dynamic outdoor environments, and consistently delivers exceptional customer service. The associate will represent the brand at outdoor events, festivals, trade shows, and high-traffic public areas, driving sales through authentic connections and persuasive communication.
Job Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in direct marketing, event sales.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive in face-to-face interactions.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and results-driven.
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and CRM/sales tracking tools.

Job Scope:
- Conduct face-to-face sales in outdoor locations such as festivals, markets, sports events, or community gatherings.
- Proactively engage potential customers, present product or service information, and close sales on-site.
- Deliver high-quality, professional interactions that reflect the brand’s image and values.
- Set up and maintain outdoor sales displays, kiosks, or promotional booths.
- Track leads, sales, and customer feedback using mobile or INhouse systems.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistical coordination as needed.
- Provide product demonstrations, distribute marketing materials, and answer customer questions in person.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s service on marketing
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through consistent, face-to-face engagement.
