Job Description
Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: 7.5 hours per day, based on shift.
- Work Days: 6 Working Days per week.
- Able to work on Public Holiday
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
- Require credits in both Mathematics and English at SPM Level.
- Minimum with 1 year experience.
- Speaking Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Scopes:
- Ensure all guest requests are attended to promptly and courteously.
- Assist in handling guest concerns and ensure follow-up actions.
- Perform check-in/check-out procedures and oversee shift handovers.
Benefits & Remunerations:
- Salary Range: RM1,700.00 to RM2,300.00
