- Identify new business opportunities across retail channels (hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, wholesalers).

- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, buyers, and store-level personnel.
- Handle listing submissions, price negotiations, and trading term discussions.
- Manage promotional planning, sell-in & sell-out performance, and in-store activation.
3. Market Execution
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and planogram compliance in all outlets.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
- Conduct store visits to check stock levels, merchandising quality, and placement.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and market insights.
- Track sales performance, forecast demand, and monitor inventory levels.
- Analyze consumer trends and recommend action plans.
5. Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams for stock replenishment, POSM deployment, and pricing accuracy.
- Follow up on deliveries, order fulfilment, and resolve customer issues.
6. New Product Development & Launches
- Support market research and consumer feedback collection.
- Drive successful introductions of new SKUs in retail outlets.
- Track launch performance and recommend improvements.
7. Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies, credit terms, and trading agreements.
- Maintain updated records of contracts, promotional forms, and account documentation.
8. Customer Service
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and support.
- Resolve on-ground issues such as out-of-stock (OOS) situations, pricing errors, or merchandising concerns.
