Job Description
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and workers
- Carry out inspections of buildings, common areas, and facilities
- Perform and oversee repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance works
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers for specialised jobs
- Maintain records of maintenance works and materials used
- Ensure safety and upkeep standards are consistently met
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building, estate, or facilities maintenance
- Hands-on skills in repairs and troubleshooting (electrical, plumbing, or general building works)
- Proven ability to supervise and guide a team
- Technical, trade certificate or experience in a related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Able to work independently with initiative and responsibility
