Top Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other platforms professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with order placement, service issues, product information, complaints, and troubleshooting.
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM systems accurately.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Malaysian citizen
- 18 - 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma holders
- Fresh graduates recommended to apply
- Good command of BM and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Good computer literacy
- Comprehensive training will be provided
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
