Job Description

Top Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other platforms professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with order placement, service issues, product information, complaints, and troubleshooting.
  • Record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM systems accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Stay up to date with company products, services, and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • 18 - 35 years old
  • Minimum Diploma holders
  • Fresh graduates recommended to apply
  • Good command of BM and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Good computer literacy
  • Comprehensive training will be provided

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
