Job Description

  • Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, check bank transaction, follow up and issued payment;
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage petty cash, staff claims, and expense reimbursements.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist in procurement, stationery control, and office supply management.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the management

*Candidate must be able to possess basic accounting knowledge and computer skills.
