- Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, check bank transaction, follow up and issued payment;
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Manage petty cash, staff claims, and expense reimbursements.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Assist in procurement, stationery control, and office supply management.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the management
*Candidate must be able to possess basic accounting knowledge and computer skills.
