Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Intern located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Account Intern will assist in managing client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting account management activities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting financial analyses, analyzing data, preparing client reports, and working closely with the accounts team to foster positive client relationships. The individual will also play a role in identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and perform financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Basic understanding of finance and account management principles
- Experience or aptitude in customer service
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are advantageous
