​We are an established fashion retailing company engaged in design and distribution a wide variety of fashionable leather products i.e. handbags, wallets and shoes. In line with our rapid expansion, we are seeking competent and dedicated candidates to fill the following position:

ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Handle correspondence and phone calls
  • Provide administrative support and clerical work
  • Monitor and in charge of stationery movements & office supplies  
  • Issuing PO and follow-up delivery status
  • Liaise & coordinate with suppliers and vendors in sourcing
  • To be In charge of office maintenance service
  • Assist in recording and updating staff overtime & leave records
  • Handle admin duties and other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess minimum SPM, school leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Pleasant personality & will to learn attitude
