Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and possess strong skills in accounts receivable, financial statements, general ledger, invoicing, reconciliation, financial reporting, bookkeeping, Microsoft Excel, and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely collection of payments
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements
  • Maintain accurate records in the general ledger
  • Generate and send out invoices to clients
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts
  • Assist in financial reporting activities
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and SAP for financial data management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in accounts receivable, financial statements, general ledger, invoicing, reconciliation, financial reporting, bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
