We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and possess strong skills in accounts receivable, financial statements, general ledger, invoicing, reconciliation, financial reporting, bookkeeping, Microsoft Excel, and SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts receivable transactions and ensure timely collection of payments
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Maintain accurate records in the general ledger
- Generate and send out invoices to clients
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts
- Assist in financial reporting activities
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and SAP for financial data management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting
- Proficiency in accounts receivable, financial statements, general ledger, invoicing, reconciliation, financial reporting, bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
