Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Issue invoice, official receipt and payment voucher
  • Data entry- payroll system
  • Maintain and organise company files and records
  • To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor

REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting. Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred (Fresh graduates may also apply)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Autocount)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
