Job Description
- To assist in managing a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients.
- Preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ minutes and resolutions
- Incorporation of companies
- Lodgement of returns and documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and other regulatory bodies
- Maintaining and updating statutory registers
- Assist with day-to-day filing and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate
- Familiar with Companies Act 2016would be added advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, good attitude with commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
