Job Description

-To handling in conveyancing, litigation, corporate/commercial matter ie preparation of legal documentations related to property (loan documentation, Sale and Purchase Agreement & etc)

- to liaise/attending with bankers/developers/real estate agents/clients & various government bodies

- to maintain and update files status and submit monthly status report to management

- Handling phone calls, incoming emails and correspondence letters

- Maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 documented procedures and achieve department objectives

- Assignment of other duties as and when required. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min. SPM with 1 year's working experience in legal, banking or equivalent 
  • Computer literate and skill (e.g MS office & openoffice)
  • Able to write/speak English/Bahasa Melayu/Mandarin (advantage)
  • Able to work independently 
  • A careful person and willing to take responsibility 
  • Willing to travel
  • License holder for Car with posses own transport more advantages
