Job Description
Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 8 am to 5 pm
- Work Days: Monday to Friday only
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Able to speak Mandarin will be added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls to potential clients to introduce company services & schedule appointments for the sales/operation team
- Update client database, call records, and follow up list
- Handle general operation duties (filing, data entry, documentation)
- Coordinate and support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
- Assist in preparing documents related to applications (as required)
- Liase with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of tasks
