Job Description

Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: From 8 am to 5 pm
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday only

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Able to speak Mandarin will be added advantage
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word & Excel)
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Make phone calls to potential clients to introduce company services & schedule appointments for the sales/operation team
  • Update client database, call records, and follow up list
  • Handle general operation duties (filing, data entry, documentation)
  • Coordinate and support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist in preparing documents related to applications (as required)
  • Liase with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of tasks
