About the role
As a Mandarin-speaking HR Executive at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for managing payroll, supporting recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and handling daily HR administrative matters to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.
What you'll be doing
Process payroll information and compute pay and benefit entitlements for employees

Maintaining records of employee attendance, leave and overtime
维护员工考勤、请假和加班记录
Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and PCB
及时准备并提交EPF、Socso和PCB
Responsible for recruitment and interviews, selecting outstanding talents.
负责招聘与面试,选拔优秀人才。
Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file.
维护员工档案,及时更新员工个人信息。
Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
处理员工的问题,确保遵守公司政策和法规
To prepare and compile documents for timely submission to the Management and the relevant government authorities
准备和整理文件,及时提交给管理层和相关政府部门
To assist in handling of foreign worker issues including work permit application, renewal, and termination;
协助处理外籍员工的问题,包括工作签证的申请、续签和终止。
Handle other office administrative matters to ensure smooth office operations.
处理其他办公室行政事项,确保办公室运作顺畅。
What we're looking for
Fluet in Mandarin, Basic English and Malay (both spoken and written)
精通中文,基本英语与马来语(口语与书写)
Possess at least diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or relevant fields
最低学历要求拥有人力资源或相关领域的文凭/学位
At least 3 years of Human Resource Management or related experience
拥有至少三年人力资源管理或相关工作经验
Have knowledge in Employment Act and other relevant Government Statutory Act
具有劳动法令或相关政府法令知识
Experience in monthly payroll processing
有处理每月薪资的经验
Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
出色的问题解决能力,能够应对突发情况或复杂状况。
Positive attitude, responsible character and good communication skills
积极的态度,责任心强,良好的沟通技巧。
Perform responsibilities without supervision

Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast

Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing HR documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet
