What You’ll Do
- Lead the overall HR strategy, aligning people initiatives with business goals and growth.
- Build and manage the HR team, covering recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Design organisational structures, workforce plans, and development programs to support retail and events operations.
- Drive culture, engagement, and change management to create a high-performing, future-ready organisation.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local laws and follow best practices.
- Develop leadership pipelines and succession plans to strengthen organisational capability.
- Mentor the HR team to encourage collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
- Strengthen insurance and risk management frameworks to ensure employee protection and business continuity.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of senior HR leadership experience, including managing teams.
- Experienced in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of labour law and regional compliance.
- Skilled in leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Forward-thinking and hands-on, able to influence senior management and drive transformation.
