Sales & Customer Service Executive (Kuching)

Job Requirements:

• Female only.
• Minimum STPM / Diploma in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Sales.
• Excellent communication skills & pleasant personality.
• Disciplined, fast learner, and able to work as part of a team.
• Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Facebook & Instagram.
• Training will be provided to selected candidates.

Job Scopes:

• Provide excellent and professional customer service (in-spa & via WhatsApp).
• Explain beauty treatments and Karlas Beauty products clearly to customers.
• Assist with sales, bookings, and customer follow-ups.
• Prepare daily sales reports & update customer systems.
• Support marketing activities and spa promotional campaigns.
