Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen operations.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or Chef de Partie /
  • Sous Chef role specializing in Western cuisine.
  • Proven track record in menu planning, food costing, and kitchen management.
  • Strong culinary expertise in Western and Continental cuisines (e.g., grilling, roasting, pasta, sauces, and plating).
