Assist in purchasing activities such as:
- Sourcing and comparing prices from suppliers
- Preparing and processing purchase orders
- Following up on delivery schedules
- Maintain and update supplier and product databases
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Ensure proper documentation of purchases and related expenses
- Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requests as needed
- Support management with reports and other administrative duties
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an advantage
