Job Description

Assist in purchasing activities such as:

  • Sourcing and comparing prices from suppliers
  • Preparing and processing purchase orders
  • Following up on delivery schedules
  • Maintain and update supplier and product databases
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
  • Ensure proper documentation of purchases and related expenses
  • Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requests as needed
  • Support management with reports and other administrative duties
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an advantage
