JOB SCOPE
1. Accounting Responsibilities
- Handle day to day accounting operation: journal entries, payments, receipts, bank reconciliation in accordance with companies’ policies and procedures.
- Manage general ledger, account receivable, and account payable.
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register, including tracking acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end stock take reports, ensuring that inventory records are accurate and in line with financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budget reports and monitor actual performance against the budget and report variances.
2. Purchasing Responsibilities
- Source and coordinate with supplier in terms of cost, quality, delivery schedules, and services for the products purchased.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
- Communicate with stock receiver to ensure that goods are received on time and in proper condition.
3. Human Resources Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll processing, including calculations, and deductions.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports related to EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF to the relevant authorities on time.
- Manage and organize HR documents, including employee records, attendance, leave requests, and other confidential information.
- Support employee relations and help with general HR inquiries or policy implementation.
4. Auditing and Compliance
- Liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations during audits.
- Assist in handling audit queries and resolving discrepancies.
- Support tax-related matters, including preparing data for tax filings and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
5. Others
- Maintain and upkeep proper filling and documentation.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- Possess at least 3-5 years working experience (F&B a plus)
- Hands-on experience in handling full set account
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiar with Autocount, MS Excel, Google Sheet
- Female, 23-35 years old
