Logistics & Haulage Executive (Kuching Sarawak)

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience is preferred. 
• Good communication and coordination skills. 
• Possess own transportation.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate daily container haulage (before 3.00 pm).
• Liaise with customers, manage drivers, optimise trucking schedules.
• Update internal tracking systems promptly.
• Coordinate unstuffing at depot and consignee destinations.
• Supervise site operations when required.
• Maintain driver and operator records.
• Act as focal point for Kuching warehousing matters.
• Coordinate long-haul movements and oversee local loading/unloading.
• Manage equipment rental tasks.
• Liaise with maintenance team for operational readiness.

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 7:30 am to 11:30 am, 1 pm to 5 pm
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday only
