Job Description
- Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and office organization.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Coordinate carbon credit registration, validation, and verification processes
- Communicate with carbon credit standard organizations (e.g., Verra, Gold Standard, or local regulators).
- Maintain filing systems for environmental project documents, certifications, and audit reports.
- Support the preparation of application materials, submission forms, and due diligence documentation.
- Assist in communication and documentation with international partners and local government agencies.
- Handle procurement and vendor management for office or project needs
- Assist in light financial administration, including expense tracking, petty cash handling, and invoice filing.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in support of senior management.
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology (transaction flows, digital wallets, smart contracts, etc.) is required.
- Prior exposure or interest in carbon credit, sustainability, or environmental projects is a strong advantage.
PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience liaising with environmental or carbon standards organizations (e.g., Verra, Gold Standard, ISO 14064).
- Familiarity with crypto wallets, blockchain explorers, or related blockchain documentation
- Basic understanding of compliance, ESG, or sustainability documentation.
