Summary:
As an Order Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, from receiving purchase orders to coordinating shipping and tracking orders. Your role will involve working closely with various teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate order processing, shipment, and delivery schedules
- Manage purchase orders and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Track orders and communicate status updates to internal teams and customers
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other tools to analyze data and generate reports
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth order fulfillment operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any order-related issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in administration or order fulfillment roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Experience in shipping coordination and order tracking
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly
- Prior experience in administration jobs is a plus
