Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the kitchen’s standards and recipes.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
- Assist in stock rotation, inventory checks, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Ensure that kitchen stations are set up and stocked before service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Passion for food and a keen interest in learning and developing new skills.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
