Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with the kitchen’s standards and recipes.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
  • Assist in stock rotation, inventory checks, and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Ensure that kitchen stations are set up and stocked before service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Passion for food and a keen interest in learning and developing new skills.
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness practices.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
