Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand objectives.
- Create engaging content for the website, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive brand awareness and conversions.
- Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce visually compelling multimedia content.
Social Media Management & Engagement
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence on LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan and execute a balanced content mix, including brand storytelling, product promotions, and user engagement.
Website Management
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve content strategy and performance.
- Develop and manage Google SEM campaigns to enhance visibility and lead generation.
- Work with agencies and designers to optimize website UI/UX and content placement.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or agency work.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social media trends.
- Proficiency in content management tools (e.g., WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and website optimization.
- Prior B2B industry experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English, and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be able to work on-site at Oasis Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
