Plant Supervisor (Kuching)

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday only

Job Requirements:

• At least SPM or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering qualification
• At least 5 years involve in plant or manufacturing industry
• Experience in mechanical background will be added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Language : English, Mandarin & Malay
• Remuneration will commensurate based on your qualification and experiences.

Job Scopes:

• Ability to plan production and manage all activities pertaining to production and organize team of workers
• Monitor production output to meet targets, maintain product quality, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Troubleshoot and lead in maintenance work of the plant and machinery
• Plan and coordinate resources efficiently
• Able to work odd hours (Early mornings and nights) if necessary.
