Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers
- Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
- Support with month-end and year-end financial reporting
- Help maintain accurate records for audits and tax filings
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing and payments
- Assist in general administrative and finance-related tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Autocount
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
