Job Requirements:
- Seeking a Personal Assistant for a Company Director
- Knowledge of Business Administration
- Self-starter with initiative and a ‘get it done’ attitude
- Able to work independently
- Handling confidential information professionally and discreetly.
Job Scopes:
- Managing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Managing projects or specific assignments as delegated by the director.
- Coordinating, organizing & preparing documents including statutory declarations and submissions, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting with personal tasks as needed to support the director.
- Providing administrative support such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Attending meetings to take notes and assist with follow-up actions.
