Production Management
- Oversee daily seafood processing and packaging operations.
- Ensure production targets are met efficiently and on time.
Quality Control
- Monitor product quality to meet company and regulatory standards.
- Implement corrective actions for any quality issues.
Food Safety & Hygiene
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
Team Supervision
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff.
- Schedule shifts and assign tasks effectively
Inventory & Materials Handling
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock availability.
Equipment & Maintenance
- Ensure machinery is functioning properly.
- Report and follow up on equipment repairs and maintenance.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Support audits and inspections with proper documentation.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing or other efficiency strategies.
