Job Description

Working Hours:

  • From 0800 am to 1700 pm (Weekdays), From 0800 am to 1230 pm (Weekend)
  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma/Certificate.
  • Proficient in Mathematics and English.
  • At least 1 year of related experience.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Job Scopes :

  • Manage procurement tasks and ensure adherence to proper procedures
  • Handle financial matters, including petty cash, expense reimbursements, cost calculations, bank credit applications, and invoice issuance
  • Oversee HR and administrative duties such as scheduling, event planning, travel arrangements, call handling, and document filing
  • Coordinate inventory management and workshop operations
