MONDAY - FRIDAY 8.30-5.30
Saturday 8.30-1.00
Job Responsibilities:-
- Handling walk in clients/vendors
- To perform day to day administration and office operation activities.
- Filling document and related works
- Prepare Quotation,DO,Invoice,stock record,filling and office general admin
- Undertake any order ad-hoc tasks related to office as and when required
- Proficiency in basic microsoft (word, excel) & Autocount System
- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative function to support Superior.
- Update internal databases & records
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Able to work independently
Job Requirements:
- Applicant with have skill of Autocount System,computer literate.
- Good looking & always look neat.
- Can work immediately
- Strong interpersonal, communication, verbal and written skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Self-motivated, hardworking, positive attitude, independent
