Job Type: Full Time

Working Hours:

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8.30-5.30
Saturday 8.30-1.00

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Handling walk in clients/vendors
  • To perform day to day administration and office operation activities.
  • Filling document and related works
  • Prepare Quotation,DO,Invoice,stock record,filling and office general admin
  • Undertake any order ad-hoc tasks related to office as and when required
  • Proficiency in basic microsoft (word, excel) & Autocount System
  • Responsible for the day-to-day administrative function to support Superior.
  • Update internal databases & records
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Able to work independently

Job Requirements:

  • Applicant with have skill of Autocount System,computer literate.
  • Good looking & always look neat.
  • Can work immediately
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, verbal and written skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, positive attitude, independent
